Ready to shape the future of Document Creation at PandaDoc?

We are investing heavily in our Document and Editor domain – the core of PandaDoc's product experience. To bring our ambitious vision to life, we are building a brand-new team of 5 engineers dedicated to enhancing our Document, redesigning the user experience, and delivering groundbreaking product features.

As a Frontend Engineer in our newly-formed team, you will have the opportunity to directly impact thousands of users by working on the most challenging and strategic part of our product. You'll collaborate closely with our existing Content, Document, and Java teams, which own and maintain key aspects of the Editor, Document Management, and PDF Generation.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects, drive innovation, and influence the future of our editing experience. Your work will be essential in bringing our vision of a modern, intuitive, and powerful Document domain to life.

Our team is distributed across Europe, with a strong presence in Poland and Portugal. We embrace remote work and flexible arrangements.

You'll be a perfect fit for our team if you have
- At least 3+ years of development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong experience in HTML/CSS, React/Redux
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance application architectures and code
- Proactive problem-solver and team player
- Great communication and collaboration skills. Explaining complex technical concepts to product managers, designers, customer support, and other engineers is no problem for you
- Passion for continued learning new technologies and architecture
