Graphic Designer

Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and transform provided documents to create visually distinct and compliant designs.
2. Redesign pitch decks and presentations, ensuring a fresh and polished look while maintaining content integrity.
3. Leverage your expertise in PowerPoint and other design tools to elevate the overall visual impact of slides and documents.
4. Utilize advanced graphic design techniques to reformat layouts, update color schemes, and incorporate branding guidelines as needed.
5. Collaborate with the customer's team to understand project requirements and deliver timely, high-quality results.
6. Ensure all deliverables meet high visual standards and are consistent with professional, corporate expectations.
7. Stay up-to-date on best practices for presentation and pitch deck design, integrating industry trends into your work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
2. Demonstrated experience designing and transforming pitch decks, presentations, or corporate documents for major firms.
3. Meticulous attention to visual detail, layout, and consistency across multiple deliverables.
4. Ability to make impactful visual changes without altering the underlying message or content of documents.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and clarify project requirements.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
7. Experience working with branding guidelines and ensuring visual compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience as a Presentation Specialist at firms like McKinsey, BCG, or Deloitte.
2. Background in pitch deck design for startups, VCs, or corporate clients.
3. Understanding of current trends and best practices in corporate and investor presentation design.
