Scope of Work
- Contribute diverse real-world knowledge and insights to AI training workflows.
- Review, evaluate, and enhance language-based data sets for clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
- Create and refine task guidelines, examples, and content used for model instruction.
- Analyze model outputs to assess correctness, logical reasoning, and quality of responses.
- Provide actionable feedback for model improvements and ongoing training cycles.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and other specialists through clear written and verbal communication.
- Document issues and contribute to the development of best practices for future iterations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability as a generalist with expertise spanning multiple disciplines.
- Exceptional command of both written and spoken English; bilingual or multilingual proficiency strongly preferred.
- Prior participation in AI model training, evaluation, or prompt engineering is a plus.
