Finance Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training

We're looking for experienced finance professionals who are native or fluent in Spanish to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real finance work as it's done in Spain.

Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit
• Native or fluent in Spanish
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain
• Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings)

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
