We’re looking for an experienced and product-minded Engineering Manager to join PandaDoc and lead teams within the Acquisition and Retain & Grow.

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how users first experience and adopt the product. You’ll drive initiatives around dedicated AI agents, personalization, and seamless onboarding, ensuring every interaction helps users realize value effortlessly and intuitively.

As a Technical Leader, you’ll guide your teams in discovering the best technical solutions and processes suited to each feature’s maturity -whether it’s experimental, long-term, or

As a People Leader, you’ll partner closely with each engineer to support their career growth, focusing on team dynamics, structure, and performance. You’ll help set ambitious goals and empower both teams and individuals to achieve them.
As a Leadership Team member, you’ll partner with the Director of Engineering to shape the growth trajectory, ensuring your teams have the right skills and structure in place.
