Mercor is conducting a paid research study in collaboration with a leading AI research lab focused on improving healthcare operations, member experiences, and enterprise decision-making systems. We are seeking professionals currently working in large healthcare organisations to participate in a 30-minute online survey.
The study will explore operational workflows, cross-functional collaboration, technology usage, organisational challenges, and perspectives on emerging AI tools within healthcare and health services environments. Insights gathered will help shape the development of practical AI solutions designed to support healthcare organisations and professional teams.
Responsibilities
Participants will be asked to:
- Complete a structured 30-minute online survey
- Share insights from their day-to-day professional responsibilities and organisational workflows
- Provide feedback on operational processes, technology adoption, communication, analytics, customer/member experience, or strategic initiatives
- Discuss common challenges faced within large healthcare organisations
- Offer perspectives on how AI tools may improve efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration across healthcare functions
Requirements
Employment
Currently employed at a large healthcare, health services, insurance, pharmacy benefits, or managed care organisation.
Role
Currently working in a corporate, operational, strategic, analytical, technical, or leadership-focused role within a healthcare organisation.
Examples may include functions such as:
- Operations or Strategy
- Product or Program Management
- Sales, Account Management, or Customer Experience
- Marketing or Communications
- Clinical or Pharmacy Leadership (non-patient-facing)

- Data, Analytics, or Actuarial

Qualifications
- Experience working within enterprise healthcare or health services environments
- Familiarity with organisational workflows, operational processes, or cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable participating in a structured research survey
- Able to independently complete a 30-minute online survey

Contract and Payment Terms
